We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple and stress-free.
Contact Us First
Before posting anything back, get in touch with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1 working day with authorisation and instructions.
Pack & Post
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the return label we send and drop it at your nearest post office. Always keep your proof of postage.
Refund Processed
We’ll inspect your return and process a refund or exchange within 3–5 working days. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment it’s done.
📄 Return Conditions
14-Day Return Window
Return any item within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund.
Non-Delivery & Shortages
Report non-delivery within 3 days of expected delivery. Report shortages or damage within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Faulty items must be reported within 7 working days with your order number, description of the fault, and photos where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened, used or missing-packaging items unless faulty. Clearance items may also be non-returnable.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Allow 2–5 additional business days for it to appear in your account.

Want a different colour, size or product? Contact us with your order number. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
