📝 1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Warjyz Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, operating at thetoytank.co.uk.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

🛒 2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit the quantity of items purchased per customer
• Cancel orders if a product is found to be mispriced or out of stock
• Request additional verification before processing an order

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.

💷 3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through our secure, encrypted payment gateway — we do not store your card details.

🚚 4. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days and deliver within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30. Claims for non-delivery must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

↩️ 5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in its original, unused condition. Faulty items must be reported within 7 working days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. All products comply with applicable UK and EU toy safety standards.

⚖️ 7. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once we have received full payment for the order.

🔒 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warjyz Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. If a delay continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order with a full refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms.
